We attempt to actually get a work-out, while engaging with our kids at the same time. Babies may be held/supported in various ways or laid on the ground while we exercise, while walking/capable older ones can try to copy what you do. If you have a baby, bring a blanket so he/she can be on the floor (yoga mats can go underneath for padding). You will be responsible for your child so don’t bring more kids than you can handle!
